Each Shopify store is a record on its own company, with a connection test, status tracking, and mapping fields for warehouse, pricelist, journal and fallbacks. A readiness checklist shows what is still unconfigured before a sync runs.

Products and variants bound, not copied

Products and variants are bound between Shopify and Odoo rather than duplicated, so the two systems stay reconcilable and a change on either side resolves to the same record.

Orders with their full context

Order import carries tax, shipping and discount context rather than a bare total, and customer mapping applies duplicate-prevention logic so repeat buyers do not fan out into multiple contacts.

Queue-backed sync with retries

Inbound webhooks hand off to a queue instead of processing in the request. Idempotency keys and deduplication stop double-processing, and failed work retries with backoff through clearly named job states.

Inventory, fulfillment and refunds

Inventory, fulfillment, refund and location models are represented in Odoo, with location and metafield mapping screens for stores whose Shopify setup does not map one-to-one.

Diagnostics you can act on

Sync logs keep sanitised request and response payloads, and an operational dashboard reports a health score and failed-job count — so a stalled sync is something you can see and explain.
