Create a workspace
Register once at app.ksrolabs.com. The workspace tracks each commerce connection and its validation status.
Connect a platform and pass validation
For Odoo Online, enter the instance URL, database, integration-user login, and API key. KSROlabs discovers the readable models from that user automatically and validates the connection before anything is exposed.
Authorise Claude
Paste the MCP endpoint into Claude as a custom connector and sign in with your workspace account when prompted. The token is bound to the validated tenant.
Ask across your channels
Query live records from Claude and, where Amazon is connected, reason across marketplace and ERP data through the same endpoint.

Read-only by design
The MCP tools are read-only. Nothing writes back to Odoo.
Encrypted credentials
Odoo API keys are encrypted before storage, and your Odoo password is never requested.
Dedicated integration user
Access runs through a dedicated integration user, so Odoo’s own permission model decides what is readable.
Validated before connection
Claude is blocked until your connection passes live validation, which reports within seconds what works and what to fix.
Tenant-scoped tokens
The issued token is bound to the validated tenant, so a workspace only reaches its own data.

Can Claude read my Amazon seller data?
Yes. Amazon is live today alongside Odoo Online. Both connect through the same workspace and the same hosted MCP endpoint, so Claude can work across marketplace and ERP data rather than treating them as separate silos.
Do I need to install anything to connect Amazon or Odoo Online to Claude?
No. The gateway is hosted by KSROlabs. There is no Odoo module to install — which matters because Odoo Online does not permit custom modules — no local bridge script, and no server for you to run. You create a workspace, connect the platform, and paste one URL into Claude.
Is eBay or WooCommerce supported?
Not yet. Odoo Online and Amazon are live today. eBay and WooCommerce are planned and will follow the same workspace and validation model. Contact KSROlabs if either is on your roadmap and we will tell you where it stands.
Can it change or delete my data?
No. The MCP tools exposed are read-only and nothing writes back to Odoo. If you need governed write access to Odoo, that is the self-hosted MCP Server module, which runs inside Odoo Enterprise or Community instances where modules can be installed.
How is this different from the MCP Server module?
They serve different hosting models. The MCP Server for Odoo is a native module installed inside Odoo Enterprise or Community, with OAuth clients, scoped keys, write access, portal pages, and the AI module builder. This hosted platform is for Odoo Online, where modules cannot be installed, and it adds commerce sources such as Amazon on top.
